Expansion of Collaboration with Ballian Technique for the Restoration of Papastratos Museum

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our cooperation with the Ballian Technical Company for the reconstruction / reconstruction of the Papastratos Museum.

Ballian Technique is active in the field of construction for private sector customers. It was founded by Paul Ballian in 1970, and provided design, construction and technical consultancy services. Since the year 2000, with the collaboration of Thanos Ballian and Lucian Tiktopoulos, the company has secured its growth path, achieving its position in one of the most trusted construction companies in the country.

GEP has undertaken to provide Health & Safety Consultant services during the reconstruction / redevelopment of the Papastratos Museum on behalf of Ballian. Some of the main responsibilities of the Consultant are:

Check the working conditions daily and suggest improvements for the work environment, according to the risk assessment, the Health and Safety plan and the provisions of the legislation.
Take care to organize the H & S Plan Review – if required.
To participate and represent the company in all meetings and work related to Health and Safety issues.
To collaborate and advise the project hierarchy (Project Manager, Engineers, Leaders) on Health and Safety related issues.
Study and propose preventive measures for the hazardous situations and activities planned to be carried out.
To propose the necessary protective equipment for workers’ safety (Personal Protective Equipment).
Keep all health and safety records such as Health and Safety Plan, Occupational Risk Assessment, Training, Updates, Meeting Papers, Mail, Investigating and Reporting Accidents, etc.
Provide education and information programs to employees.

The project is due to be completed in April 2020.
